The app may request your approximate or precise location to calculate local eclipse times and sky position. It may request camera and motion access to place the AR guide in the live view. These permissions are controlled in iOS Settings.
On-device processing
Location, Sun position and eclipse circumstances are calculated on your device. The app does not require an account and does not upload your location to canisee.app.
Website analytics
This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate visits and page performance. It does not use analytics cookies or create advertising profiles.
Infrastructure records
Cloudflare delivers this website and may process standard request information, such as IP address, user agent and timestamps, for security, reliability and abuse prevention.
Data sharing and sale
We do not sell personal information. We do not share app location data with advertisers or data brokers.
